Important Changes at Corps Fitness...Please Read

I am excited to say that after a year in the new building we have grown substantially and gotten so many great new faces. With the influx of new people as well as the addition of new trainers bringing in their specialty, we have to get back to the basics and address the safety of all who train with Corps Fitness. My goals are to ensure 1. everyone remains safe and injury free, both participants and spectators and 2. everyone gets the best workout they're accustomed to getting at CF. With that said I need to implement the following policies

 ·        All scheduled adult classes will have a minimum age of 14 to participate; anyone 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Designated kids classes will be noted on the schedule. The already scheduled 8-12 yr old class Thursday at 430pm will remain unchanged and 13 yr olds are welcome to join.

 ·        Making an environment that makes it feasible for people to participate in CF and bring their kids is another priority of mine but some concerns have been addressed. Anyone who brings their children needs to ensure they stay in the designated sitting area and do not interfere with the active class. In addition, no child can be allowed to play on any of the equipment before, during or after class.  Parents please be conscious of your child's actions and adjust accordingly to avoid your child getting hurt.

I thank everyone for making this past year an unbelievable journey and I appreciate your help in making Corps Fitness the best place to train in Berks County! Have a great day…Chris
