I have been doing crossfit in Lewes De for 1 year. In Reading Mon & Tue, can I come as a drop in for your am classes? Craig

I am interested in trying out a class. I heard many good things about Cross Fit. I am just worried that my work schedule will get in the way of attending classes, especially if I have to start out as a beginner. What would you recommend for a beginner starting out schedule wise? Thanks John.
